The World is a Flowerdrum Oyster! Well, almost, except for countries that Paypal does not accept payments from.

All orders take 1-2 Business Days to be processed, packed for shipping and delivered to the post office. We go to the post office several times a week. Please keep in mind that we are a small business and not a corporation, so there may be slight delays in getting packages out during peak periods such as during the holidays and when we have on-going promotions or events.

Flowerdrum Bags are currently shipped from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, using Registered Post. They have proven to be a reliable and inexpensive way of shipping items locally and internationally. All parcels need to be signed for once you receive it.

Within Malaysia (Peninular, Sabah and Sarawak) Delivery can take up to a week.
International Shipping may take up to 2 weeks, subject to customs clearance and security checks of your country.

We are not responsible for any packages lost or damaged while in transit to a destination. We also cannot cover lost packages due to an incorrect address provided by a customer at checkout. We are not responsible for the loss of these packages. If you entered a wrong address at checkout and the package is sent back to us we will ship it out to you as soon as you confirm with us your correct address (extra shipping fees will be required).

RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

Flowerdrum Bags does not handle returns nor do we do refunds. Please read the item descriptions carefully and ask us any questions you might have before you make your purchase. We will gladly replace any item that is faulty* or is not what you originally ordered. Please keep in mind that shipping fees are never refundable unless the mistake was on our part. If something is not right, email us immediately quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return. We will then advise you on how to proceed with the return and item replacement. Please note that no unauthorized returns will be accepted and will be re-sent back to you. You must notify us and wait for our approval and instructions before shipping an item back to us.
